Day 2 - Life always finds a way.

Day 2 - Rest Day.
I love whoever planned my training plan (Pro-tip: It was me.)

In theory, nothing was on the cards today, however after a massive blunder by myself...running was done!

As I had left my IPOS (Bike) at work, I had to run to work (https://www.strava.com/activities/2655123735) to gather said bike, then followed three further bike rides...one to pickup a dog (https://www.strava.com/activities/2655123030), one to drop him off (https://www.strava.com/activities/2655316241) and then a final one home after food (https://www.strava.com/activities/2655473417).

Sometimes, even with the most details and intricate plan you have to realise that it is ok to change any training plan. Life always comes first as today showed. Extra miles are always a good thing, especially as I can already see into the future and see that tomorrow I am not going to be able to fulfil my mileage then...unless I run later in the evening after a SUPER busy day.

One point of concern today was a slight twinging at the top of my hamstring\lower end of my glute. Wasn't very happy with that, it is a constant pain I used to get when I ran at full speed during my football days...never ever got better but I haven't felt it in years, will certainly be something I keep on my "holy shit I hope this doesn't get worse" list.

Totals on the day:
Running - 5.23 miles
Riding - 16.47 miles
Activity calories - 1235kcal
Calorie intake - 3105kcal
